Workshops and trainings
Wellness plans people write for themselves and keep.
Alongside my work with Centered Hypnosis, I'm expanding my wellness offerings to include co-facilitated WRAP workshops and trainings for behavioral health organizations, hospitals, nonprofits, community programs, universities, and employers.
What is WRAP?
WRAP, the Wellness Recovery Action Plan, is an evidence-based, peer-designed program developed by Mary Ellen Copeland. It guides participants through creating a personal action plan for their own wellness: the things they already do that keep them well, the early signs that something is off, and the specific steps they can take to stay on track.
WRAP complements my broader focus on wellness, self-awareness, lifestyle, and prevention while remaining a distinct educational program.
What participants gain
Tools that stay with people long after the workshop ends.
A personal wellness plan
Participants leave with their own written plan for daily well-being: the tools they can turn to when things feel difficult, developed in their own words.
Self-awareness & prevention
WRAP builds the habit of noticing early signs of stress before they grow, and responding with strategies that work for that individual.
Connection & hope
Working alongside peers, participants discover they are not alone, and that recovery and wellness are real and achievable.
Skills for anyone
No diagnosis required. WRAP is for anyone interested in wellness, from first responders and students to caregivers and leadership teams.
Workshop formats
Two ways to bring WRAP to your people.
Option 1
Two-day intensive
Two full days of guided workshop time, ideal for teams who can step away together for an immersive experience.
Option 2
Five-day series
Five sessions with shorter days, a gentler pace that fits around work schedules and allows time to reflect between meetings.
Your Certified WRAP Facilitator
Trained through WRAP Seminar II.
I completed WRAP Seminar II, 24 continuing education hours, facilitated by Advanced Level WRAP Facilitator Trainers, sponsored by the Department of Children and Families through the South Florida Wellness Network and the Broward Behavioral Health Coalition.
It sits alongside my work as a NAMI-Certified Support Group Facilitator, peer mentor, and advocate, all of it in service of the same belief: that people can and do move toward wellness when they're given the space and the tools.
