We are all on our own unique journey in life, and sometimes it gets complicated. Even with the best intentions, we find ourselves needing help to remove blockages, ease spiritual wounds and move forward with our lives. In a judgment-free zone and supportive space, you are welcome to bring anything and everything that is weighing you down.

Having grown up in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Erika received her BA with Honors from the University of Florida and, upon graduating, lived abroad in France. She then graduated with Honors from the Hypnosis Motivation Institute in Los Angeles, California — a nationally accredited hypnosis training college — and is now a member of The American Hypnosis Association. Having lived on both coasts of the US and abroad, Erika is currently practicing in her home sunshine state of Florida.

Erika understands there are many responsibilities in our modern world, and that finding time for ourselves can feel overwhelming in addition to our other priorities — but she is here when you are ready.
