My greatest joy comes from seeing positive change and measurable growth in people's lives.
We are all on our own unique journey, and sometimes it gets complicated. Even with the best intentions, we find ourselves needing help to remove blockages, ease spiritual wounds, and move forward. In a judgment-free zone and supportive space, you are welcome to bring anything and everything that is weighing you down.
Drawing from my experience as a peer mentor, advocate, emerging public speaker, NAMI-certified support group facilitator, and WRAP facilitator, I offer a collaborative, strengths-based approach to personal growth.
I grew up in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, received my BA with Honors from the University of Florida, and lived abroad in France before graduating with Honors from the Hypnosis Motivation Institute in Los Angeles — a nationally accredited hypnosis training college. I am now a member of The American Hypnosis Association and currently practicing in my home sunshine state of Florida.
I understand there are many responsibilities in our modern world, and that finding time for ourselves can feel overwhelming on top of everything else — but I am here when you are ready.

Why AHA membership matters
The American Hypnosis Association holds its members to some of the most demanding requirements in the field.
AHA professional membership and certification aren't granted for a weekend workshop. They require a nationally accredited Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis — a full year of coursework plus a supervised residency and internship — followed by examination, formal recognition by the Association's Board of Directors, and ongoing standing under the Association's bylaws. Certification and membership carry expiration dates, so credentials must be actively maintained rather than earned once and forgotten.
I hold all of it: the Honors diploma from HMI, AHA certification as a Hypnosis practitioner, professional membership in good standing, and additional continuing-education specialties earned by examination. When you sit down with me, you're working with someone who chose the longer, stricter path on purpose.
